Each order undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Standard global shipping is fully insured and tracked to your door. To maintain our quality standards, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

We offer a 14-day inspection window. If a piece does not meet your standards or fit your uniform, we accept returns in original, unworn condition. Your satisfaction is our structural priority.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our pieces are hypoallergenic, designed for comfortable daily wear.

How should I care for my pieces?
To maintain the editorial high-polish shine, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals and storing your jewelry in a dry environment when not in use.

Is my transaction secure?
Our studio utilizes industry-standard encryption. Your personal and financial data is private and never stored.

We provide a 30-day structural guarantee. If your piece arrives with a defect or experiences a failure in craftsmanship within the first month, we will replace it immediately. Please note our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as surface scratches or natural silver patina), damage caused by improper care, or any modifications made to the piece outside of our studio.
